Caretaker Wanted

SEEKING CARETAKER(S) FOR AN OFF-GRID RANCH, overlooking a spectacular, unspoiled beach on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. A rustic but comfortable house will be provided. Incredible views, swimming, fishing, etc. There is a welcoming, rural, Mexican community, plus travelers. Housing plus internet provided in exchange for four to five hours per day maintenance, animal care and yard work, from May to October. Candidate(s) must have intermediate or higher Spanish, be very comfortable in nature, and be interested in exploring a sustainable, off-grid lifestyle. Experience with goats, chickens, horses, solar electric, water systems, fencing, carpentry, and personnel management all a plus. References required. $250/month stipend plus income potential.
